Living with Us

Community Preservation and Development Corporation's (CPDC) vibrant communities are special places. Residents have a secure, stable, and safe living environment, along with access to highly effective personal development programs. Residents are continually supported in their efforts to further their education, job skills, and relationship building within their community.

Many of CPDC's properties have established resident associations through which members have a voice as stakeholders in the development and management of the property. Additionally, at many of our properties, the units have in-home, high-speed Internet access and computer equipment as well as well-equipped technology learning centers on site.

All of CPDC properties serve a range of incomes.

CPDC endeavors to provide a mixed income environment whenever possible. While many of the units in completed properties are restricted for households earning less than 60% of median income, some include households as high as 115% of median income. In many of our properties we are also able to serve residents of very low incomes, as low as 15% of median.
