CPDC believes that responsible real estate ownership should focus on both the long-term sustainability of properties and the quality of life of residents. We focus our attention on acquiring, preserving, and redeveloping affordable rental housing, often in areas threatened by market pressure to convert to higher rate housing, and equip them with modern amenities and technological advancements. Within our communities, we collaborate with residents and partners to establish place-based community development programs.
