CPDC Releases New 2014 – 2018 Strategic Plan
We are proud to present “Impacting Our Neighborhoods through Community Development,” CPDC’s new strategic plan intended to guide the organization during the five-year period between 2014 and 2018. This document highlights our mission, vision, key stakeholders, and operating principles. It also provides a snapshot of the progress made on the 2011 – 2013 strategic plan. Finally the document presents new, innovative directions the organization will take as it pursues four strategic initiatives and the goals associated with those initiatives.
