Edgewood Commons IV was the final phase of CPDC’s redevelopment of the Edgewood Campus. This 258-unit high-rise building contains 197 one-bedroom and 61 two-bedroom units. Residents of Edgewood IV, along with residents of each of the other three phases of the Edgewood Campus, take advantage of the numerous resident services housed in Edgewood Terrace.
