Harry Thompson CPDCHarry W. Thompson

Harry W. Thompson manages the financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, treasury management, tax matters, and information systems functions for CPDC and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Mr. Thompson has more than 25 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining CPDC in May 2008, Mr. Thompson served as a financial consultant to Fannie Mae, BearingPoint, and Constellation Energy. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of a closely-held real estate developer and property manager, and as the Controller of a national apartment developer as well as the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust, a regulated investment company investing institutional pension funds in multifamily housing. Mr. Thompson began his career in the practice of public accounting and spent several years as an Asset Manager with a leading syndicator of affordable housing.

Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Professional Accounting, and Finance from the American University in Washington, DC. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
