Our Leaders: Dedicated to Creating Vibrant, Affordable Housing Communities
CPDC is governed by a highly successful team of individuals with decades of experience in affordable housing, human development, and related industries. Their diversity in education, background, and culture enables them to take on properties that others might abandon or ignore as not worth the risk.
CPDC's Senior Management Team's vision for the affordable housing industry, along with their innovative methods of delivery, has been the foundation necessary for the success of CPDC. Over the past fifteen years, they have found creative solutions to financing, building, and establishing 27 affordable housing properties and revitalizing communities across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
CPDC's Board of Directors are in business, finance, and government sectors. Under their direction, our properties reflect how the public, private, and non-profit sectors, in partnership with residents and neighbors, can successfully interact to create housing that directly serves the needs of the community.
