Gerald H. Joseph, Vice President and Director of Real Estate Development, oversees CPDC's real estate department, which currently consists of six full-time personnel and is responsible for all aspects of the company's real estate development activities from project conception through completion.
Previously Mr. Joseph has assisted community development corporations throughout Massachusetts in an effort to expand their affordable housing production capacity as part of a national pilot program funded by HUD. Mr. Joseph also served as Executive Director of the Franklin County Community Development Corporation of Greenfield, Massachusetts. He is a founder and the first President of the Western Massachusetts Enterprise Fund, a regional micro business investment fund. Mr. Joseph has served as a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston Advisory Council since 1999 and is currently serving as chairperson of that body.
