Employee Recognition

CPDC staff meet monthly to participate in training and organizational strategy sessions and to recognize the outstanding achievement of one staff member. The Employee-of-the-Month honoree is someone who has demonstrated CPDC core values of quality, initiative, inclusiveness, innovation, and flexibility in an outstanding manner. We celebrate the efforts of our staff.
