Virginia “Ginger” Sodeman, Vice President of Asset Management is responsible for all facets of oversight on the overall CPDC asset management portfolio. During the 20+ years of mgmt experience, Ginger began her career as a leasing consultant and concluded as a VP of operations. She has experience in working with market rate, tax credit and affordable housing. She was involved in new and renovated communities and served on the board of various apartment associations. Ginger earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Prior to her current position Ginger served as Vice President of Asset Management at Centerline Capital for the DC Region, Ginger specialized in troubled properties or the “Watch list” sites in the DC region. These sites included underperforming deals that were operating with a cash deficit, compliance, physical or market issues. Mrs. Sodeman holds a degree in Education from the University of Memphis.
