Since 1989, Community Preservation and Development Corporation's (CPDC) Real Estate division has developed:
- 27 properties
- Over 4,000 units
- Over $300 million in real estate value
We do whatever is required to make sure our developments work both financially and practically for our residents:
- we acquire and provide repairs and upgrades ensuring that the properties become and remain competitive in the market,
- we make real investment in on-site human services, and
- we provide high quality property management and maintenance.
