  • The total you get shall be divided by 12.

I’m a Retainer Nurse for more than 10 years at National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) and ever since we started all of us Nurses nationwide working at this company, We were NOT given 13th month salary & other social benefits… We only received our monthly basic salary and NO MORE… We cannot question the company, if so, our contract will be terminated… Hoping that you could check on these, cause all of us nurses in this company have been working w/ out any benefits at all… We we’re just renewed yearly… It would be a BIG HELP for us NURSES working in this company if these concern of ours will be heard… If ever, Please don’t reveal my identity cause this will endanger my work as a nurse… THANK YOU SO MUCH… GOD BLESS US ALL…🙏🙏🙏
