Vice President, Asset Management

Suzanne Williamson is responsible for all facets of oversight of CPDC’s communities. Her duties include overseeing the purchase of portfolio assets and managing operations to ensure sustainability of the properties while maximizing resources available to CPDC and its affiliates; and ensuring timely compliance of CPDC’s performance as fiduciary for lenders and partners. She actively participates with the senior managers to develop and implement improvements for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate CPDC’s alignment and growth objectives.

Previously, Ms. Williamson served as CPDC’s Operations Manager and as an Asset Manager for a for-profit affordable housing developer. She has more than twenty years of progressive experience and is a veteran having served for seven years in the United States Air Force.

Ms. Williamson holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
