Since its founding in 1989, CPDC has demonstrated the ability to create and maintain sound, safe, and sustainable environments in which people can prosper. It has acquired 13 affordable-housing properties totaling 1,846 units; five properties have required substantial redevelopment. It currently operates and coordinates community service programs in conjunction with over three dozen partners at 6 of the 13 properties.
