EdgeNet is the backbone that connects residents at Edgewood Terrace and other CPDC developments to each other and to the world of resources on the Internet.  This network also supports the social services and community organizations located in the Edgewood Connection.

The most prominent part of EdgeNet is the community intranet.  This resource, governed by a resident committee, will have content posted by, for, and about the community. It will feature tools which facilitate residents sharing information with other residents, reading and sending email, posting notices to local community bulletin boards, participating in on-line community chats and post their own “web” content for other EdgeNet users to see.

Part of the content will be donated by local partners. These pages will contribute important information to EdgeNet with the goal of helping residents find jobs, learn how to budget, plug into schools and government resources and other content designed to improve the lives of each resident and the greater community.
