Far too many people in today's society are falling victim to the perils of substance abuse. 

Based on alliances and partnerships within the community, CPDC refers residents to providers who specialize in substance abuse prevention training as well as interventions when needed. CPDC helps by providing service coordination to help residents follow through with their service plan commitments.
