CPDC hires professionally trained and licensed social workers to assist residents with emergency situations that arise in the course of their daily lives.

All of us are subject to unexpected events which can seriously disrupt the everyday rhythm and order necessary for productive lives. When a family is less stable and less able to manage these crises, CPDC will make immediate interventions in difficult situations. The assistance is available for a quick professional assessment of the situations, and when necessary, referrals to appropriate community service providers. In many instances, the nature of the crisis is such that the social worker can intervene and schedule a few appointments with the resident that adequately deal with the situation.
