CPDC not only provides people with low incomes a high quality, affordable home, but also endeavors to identify community strengths and assets. CPDC seeks to further develop these strengths, thereby building and empowering the resident community. Our commitment to households who are "less advantaged" is strongest and we pledge our energies to provide, assist, and advocate for their access to resources that will make the difference between merely surviving and being productive and growing.

Strengthening communities through the involvement and volunteerism of residents in civic, community, family, recreational, and cultural activities is the driving force behind the provision and coordination of Human Services.   CPDC will, in cooperation with other local social service providers and the residents themselves, ensure the availability of such services either by creating them, or working with other community service providers to meet the need.  CPDC assumes the responsibility for coordinating the process of securing indicated services in the communities we serve.
