Vice President, Controller

Neil Teehan is responsible for CPDC’s accounting policies and procedures, audits, tax returns, maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports.

Before joining CPDC in November, 2008, Mr. Teehan served as a Senior Audit Manager for a national accounting firm. He has more than fourteen years of experience providing audit, accounting, and tax services for low-income housing tax credit developers, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and limited partnerships involved in new construction and rehabilitation of multi-family housing structures (both condominium and apartment communities).

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Maryland. Mr. Teehan is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
