Two CPDC Communities Recognized for Excellence in Property Management
The Property Management Association’s (PMA) Apartment Community Excellence Awards recognizes excellence in multifamily management in the national capital area.
Washington D.C. community Mayfair Mansions was selected as the winner in the Affordable D.C. category, and Wiley H. Bates of Annapolis, MD won for Senior properties in Maryland, each in their respective rent ranges.
The Property Management Association’s (PMA) Apartment Community Excellence Awards is the only program that recognizes excellence in multifamily management for the national capital area. PACE enables property management staff to ‘strut their stuff,’ recognize their team members and show firsthand their management prowess.
