John Dillon is President of Dillon Wealth Management. John has been advising individuals, families and businesses on investment strategy and wealth management since 1991.
Previously, John founded and served as President of Chrysalis, a non-profit community development corporation located in Los Angeles, CA. Chrysalis assists unemployed men and women find and retain jobs. Under Mr. Dillon’s leadership, Chrysalis purchased, acquired financing, renovated and managed affordable housing for the working poor. Chrysalis’ work to empower low income and homeless people has been recognized by the United States Congress. John’s work at Chrysalis has been featured in Sixty Minutes, Nightline, The New York Times and the Los Angeles Times.
Currently John serves on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis, which owns and manages 790 units of housing for low income individuals. John also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Anne Arundel County Conflict Resolution Center.
John holds a degree in Finance from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University (Bloomington). He is a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington, Leadership Montgomery and the Executive Leadership Program of Leadership Anne Arundel.
