As a 501©(3) non-profit organization, we cannot achieve our mission of creating vibrant communities without partnering with a range of investors. CPDC has a proven track record of delivering high-quality real estate development projects and providing Resident Services programs that impact those that live in and around our communities.

CPDC is a socially responsible and solid investment. We value our investors and in exchange for your investment, we make a commitment to:

  • Deliver units on or ahead of schedule
  • Manage our properties in a way that generates revenue to support the operations of our communities and that helps us preserve them for the long run
  • Provide regular program updates keeping investors abreast of the impact we are making in our resident services programs and across our communities
