Community Preservation and Development Corporation (CPDC) is built and sustained by our partnerships. These partnerships include individuals, foundations, institutions, businesses, and investors who contribute funds to our non-profit organization. We simply cannot do our work without the aid of those who value our efforts to revitalize affordable housing communities across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
