Career Assessment & Vocational Evaluation

CPDC offers comprehensive career assessment services to residents. We operate a full-service Career Assessment center with over 200 assessment tools that allow us to identify user skills and strengths and to aid in long term career planning.

CPDC also offers Career Assessment services to the public on a fee-for-service basis.

Individuals transitioning careers, school systems serving at-risk children, and people entering or re-entering the workforce have found our services result in more success in work and school. CPDC is a the leading expert in the field of vocational evaluation. CPDC has won a best practices award, and is a field-training site for George Washington University's Collaborative Vocational Evaluation Training Program. CPDC Certified Evaluators with graduate level education administer assessments for over 300 individuals and small groups each year. Our assessments are closely aligned with The National Career Development Standards/ Competencies and SCANS (Secretaries Commission for Achieving Necessary Skills).
